Health and Longevity Yoga Session:
This active session features yoga poses and exercises to build strength, flexibility, balance, and agility—key components of healthy aging. It's never too early or late to start your yoga practice! These sessions are perfect for active beginners and continuing students looking to age with strength and grace.
Gentle and Restorative Yoga Session
A slower-paced, nurturing session focused on seated and supported yoga postures, followed by guided relaxation. This session flows through gentle movements that help connect your breath to your body, promoting relaxation, flexibility, and recovery. Ideal for individuals with physical limitations or those recovering from injury, illness, stress, or anxiety.
No matter your experience level, these sessions provide a space for you to explore and deepen your practice while honoring your body’s needs.
