I’m Annie Barrett — educator, board-certified health and wellness coach, Ayurvedic practitioner, and yoga teacher. Since 1998, I’ve been guiding women and mission-driven teams to reconnect with themselves, prioritize their wellbeing, and live more vibrant, soulful lives.
My Journey / Why I Do This Work
Wellness has been a lifelong passion of mine — and not just in theory. Over the years, I’ve navigated the same stress, burnout, and life transitions that many of my clients face.
I’ve spent decades working with employees and leaders from a variety of organizations, as well as individual clients, and along the way, I realized something important: taking care of others isn’t enough if we neglect ourselves. That’s why I created Vibrant Soulful Wellness — to help women and workplaces find balance, energy, and purpose, even in challenging seasons.
I want every person I work with to know they matter — that their wellbeing matters — and that small, intentional changes can create big, lasting transformation.
